Wooden Bazaar — Poor quality, delayed and short delivery

We recently placed an order for multiple products worth 4lacs. The order was placed in 1st week of Jan with a commitment for delivery by Feb mid (45 days). Actual delivery was mid April after multiple follow ups and many harsh conversations.
Their site states they provide regular updates on build status. Nothing is shared and everything requires so many follow ups. Upto 10 follow ups will lead to 1 response
After of all of this, if the products were good, we would have been ok. However the build quality is flimsy. The edges don't align, polish is not consistent, the wood/planks used for internals has very poor finishing. After paying 70k for a bed, the output looks like one made of engineered wood with faulty fittings
Lastly, took full payment and delivered short quantity. We have been following up for delivery for last one month and they no longer take our calls or respond to messages.

This is not a rant. It is a genuine review to make people aware of their practices and to avoid them. The standard response to such feedback on the web from them is that it was a large order and thus took time. The instagram handle has great videos and customer testimonials. Don't fall for it like we did.
