We ordered a study desk which we needed in a hurry, in the 1st week of March. We were told it would be dispatched early if we ordered on that date... and would arrive between March 14th to 18th. We have since followed up repeatedly - first they didn't commit to a date, then they stopped answering our calls and don't call back.
We have spent a lot of money and we have no way to find out about the product or getting a refund.
