Wooden Street — Delivery is delayed without any given reason

I had ordered a sofa on 7 Aug from Wooden street. The delivery timeline was given 5 to 7 weeks. Now its almost 9 weeks and the customer service people are calling and saying that the delivery will be delayed. They are doing this everyday and when a reason is being asked, they can't answer. This is the worst service and customer care service that we received from the company. Strict action should be taken against them.
