I had ordered a sofa on 7 Aug from Wooden street. The delivery timeline was given 5 to 7 weeks. Now its almost 9 weeks and the customer service people are calling and saying that the delivery will be delayed. They are doing this everyday and when a reason is being asked, they can't answer. This is the worst service and customer care service that we received from the company. Strict action should be taken against them. Was this information helpful? |
