I am a customer of your organization Wooden street. I had placed an order for a couple of items on 24th of March of which one of the item delivery is still pending. I have reached out to your customer care but in vain as they are never attending calls or giving me a strong time line for delivery. I was a big fan of your company and have purchased a few item for myself and my family in the past, I understand for big orders a delivery time of 30 to 45 days. But all I ordered were 2 shoe racks of which only one was delivered and the other one is still pending with production. How is a business justifying to serve its customers well when it does not provide an update on why a simple product is not taking close to 7 weeks to deliver? How do you retain customers with this kind of service? It is thoroughly disappointing that starts up as reputed as yours are unable to meet quality as demand rises. Escalating this as past 7 weeks I and my husband have tried multiple follow-ups with your customer care team with no luck of getting a response. Please do look into the matter and advice on a resolution.
