I have ordered a single trundle bed on November 2021. One side broke down completely within 8 months o[censored]sage around June 2022.
The carpenter on inspection confirmed that it was a manufacturing defect. I raised a complaint again for a replacement of the entire bed or a refund.
From that time onward the customer service nightmare begins.First the company carpenter and customer care tried to convince me to do a quick fix on the completely broken part with some screws, which I refused. Then I had to rounds of multiple customer care calls to get at least the broken parts replaced by new ones and get it installed.
Standing on September end I still haven't got the fix. My family is forced to sleep on floor for the past three months. as the broken bed is occupying the limited space of the apartment and we can not have any alternative till it is replaced or fixed
I have written multiple mails to the customer care mail address and grievance redress al cell. On top of that every day I either I try calling the customer care center or raise a ticket to follow through the resolution as they keep on closing the exiting tickets and dropping an apology for inconvenience mail at the day end.Every day I go through these harassment impacting both my professional and personal life.
Getting through the customer care call center itself is a harassment with either the call not getting through or the executive giving me unclear status like the processing is under progress and you ca get a resolution in next few weeks.
I am completely at a loss now with my hard earned money [Rs 25000/- ] gone, no bed to sleep on and the constant mental agony of being cheated like this.
