I just had a terrible experience with WoodenStreet here is what happened.
Firstly they hounded me for sales, they’re different folks would call me up simultaneously (with two of them messaging me separately) religiously 3 times a day to get the order processed.
Finally when I did place the order I was assured that all my products would be delivered on time, stipulated time frame of 4 weeks. To be fair I had ordered about 10 products from them. And assumed they would be able to handle this order seamlessly.
They did deliver some of the products ( they were either damaged or not installed correctly on time, that a different story) but since then have had to struggle with their customer service to know the status or the orders.
Have been chasing up religiously with the customer support for over 2 weeks either to get things fixed or replaced. And all they can come up with is we are sorry for the inconvenience caused and we will “raise a ticket for your query”
It took me about 2 weeks and 18 calls to get the damaged product fixed with a hectic call schedule of twice a day to these folks.
Finally the second part of the order which was promised to me in four weeks (18th august is when I placed the order), still has not been processed. And have followed up multiple times with support, and was promised that it is on time.
Finally when I called a few days back they said some one will reach out to me with an update guess what “no one did”.
Finally frustrated I asked to cancel my order and refund my money. And guess what I heard from them
“As per our company policies, we provide a 24-hour window for customers to cancel their orders after they have been placed. Unfortunately, we regret to inform you that your order falls outside of this cancellation period.”
Now I am curious if you don’t deliver my order I should have a right to cancel right?
But all in all had a terrible experience with the company.
