I had ordered one bean bag from woodenstreet.com on 23-May-2021 and same was delivered after one week but the bean bag was having one hole. I informed the woodenstreet support team about this and shared the damaged product photos and they committed 50% amount refund on 24th June 21 but i am yet to receive the refund. I have raised multiple support tickets and mailed to woodenstreet support team but not getting any revert.
