Defective Bed was received and a proper complaint was filed with all the details and image but it has not been resolved yet.
List of issues with the bed:
1. The side of the bed is not aligned throughout. The width is different if you measure from the center on each side, due to this the ply on top of the bed had to be cut to align.
2. The ply has gaps and does not fit well.
3. The storage drawers are unaligned, it has gaps and one goes completely in and the other stays outside. (Issue on left side)
4. The drawers have a gap on the right side.
5. Mesh cane is not correct, it is not in a straight line. One side is knitted correctly and the other is not and the size of the wood around is disproportionate.
6. We have to pull out both the drawer to push correctly back in.
WoodenStreet confirmed on the issue and promised to resolve the issue in a month but its been 5 months and still replacement or refund.
