I'm raising this after repeated calls to the support channel over the past 3 months! The product I received against my order number 13300 was defective and I immediately raised a flag with a lengthy mail and photographs.
Firstly it was a delayed shipment and after multiple follow-ups I get it delivered. What got delivered was not what I expected, and despite multiple requests to fix some obvious damages I'm yet to get them address the issues. Was this information helpful? |
