I ordered(5th July) a study table, commitment was 2-3 weeks max. Payment was done upfront (11898 rupees). They delivered it in(5nd Aug) 4-5 weeks.(I had to call more then 20 times). during the assembly there was a missing board so assembly was not possible. Then customer care committed your issue will be resolved within a week and missing board will be delivered soon. It is already 3 more weeks and they are not picking up phone most of times and after hours of time spent to connect them they are saying it will be dispatched with in 3/5 days. last week they have already said it will be dispatched tomorrow. So far I have tried calling them more then 50 calls each time it takes 30 mins and most of the times they put my call on hold that they want to transfer my call to concerned team.
