Please note that the 1 year Warranty period has already been crossed to your Sofa.

Thanks for your response and reminding me of the fine prints we sign, which doesn't help at all. I know you only cover manufacturing defects and care nothing about over all product quality. It was your very engineer who mentioned the leather was wearing out due its inability to withstand heat. If thats what you call usage, may be you were expecting us to buy the sofa and keep it in a refrigerator !! The minimal cost you mentioned as a token of customer relationship was close to Rs.36K !! (15K for just the leather part). Seems like your business model is to to extract 10-15% of product cost year on year for repairs. Wish you added that to your fine prints.
Its upto you now on how you want to value the relationship of a customer who trusted and spent close to 3 lacs on the Woodpecker brand for his new home and presently feeling extremely let down.
Regards
Sudharsh
