To start with,
I had a shock of my life to read & get to know over the disaster reviews posted ! Let me add to the legacy they continue.
I approached Wood Pecker stall at the Nandambakkam CTC over the recent Expo which happened. I liked the Walnut finish TV show stand and immediately purchased only after the promise and commitment that the delivery will happen in 3 days from the purchased date. This was made very clear to 3 executives there. With happy smiley faces they agreed. To my surprise, the delivery didn't happen and upon checked the info they had was for next day. SAD ! By this, my itinerary of going outstation was postponed. I think its time for the management of wood pecker to realise the customer satisfaction and the nuances of trade. Very poor customer service !!
Now the fear I have is, after reading these reviews, I am in a state of agony to know the quality of the product. I shall further post a blog on the quality.
