Bought a patio swing chair for Rs. 16, 000 on January 26th 2017. Order received in April 2nd week with missing spare parts. The swing chair is sleeping in patio unused with out the parts for it. I had called at least 30 or 40 times and unfortunately an irresponsible customer care team and their back end team. I had asked for cancelation way back with no response from the customer care. They are not canceling the items and instead bullying the consumers by unwarranted deadlines for product dispatch. I need to file a complaint against this owner in the consumer court for such poor customer service. Was this information helpful? |
