I ordered VITRO KING BED via order No.[protected] at woodyfurniture dated 29th March, 2018 amounting Rs. 21, 704/- . But as I belong to Guwahati, they replied me that my freight charge will be high for which, they are unable to deliver my product and as such they were ready for the full refund of the amount within 1 month. But, its 4 months passed already, there is no response from their side. Some times they reply that they are running under bad time and assured me always of returning my money. But, for the last one month, they are not responding to the phone calls, whatsapp and msgs also. Now the company website is also not working . Please help me to recover my money.

There is one way. You need to officially send (through Indian Post) a letter with email that you got from woodys. Speed post will also give you acknowledgement of receiving the letter by the shop owner. We will have to wait for 15 days after which under consumer complaint docket number, we can ask for refund through consumer complaint forum. If that doesn't work, then I don't know the next steps. But I'll be sending a legal notice in this week giving them 15 working days to get back with refund. I'll keep posting the next steps. But I have decided to go down the wire and let go of these fraud guys.
I had given order for Twisted TV Table for living Room and also paid Rs 15300.00 through net banking. My Order No. Is 12780. Its about One Year to go but the item not yet received. I have written to Consumer forum but it is still in Process. Nothing can be done regarding this?
