I ordered dining table from this company more than 1 and 1/2 months back. After lot of co-ordination from my side (They never call you and inform and never reply to emails) I got the dining table delivered. The size is incorrect and they are asking me to send the furniture back if possible. I have never experienced such bad co-ordination from any other online site.
It is a very disorganized company that do not believe in customer satisfaction. It has been a terrible experience so far. I am very disappointed as they are not even willing to cancel the order and return money. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM WOODY"S FURNITURE Was this information helpful? |
