Wooe — i am complaining about the whole site. they neither give me my test series nor they provide me my money back as they promised.

I bought a test series from wooe and they promised about giving my money back. But neither they gave me money nor they provide me my test series. I bought it @ 299. Which is really costly for me because i am a student and i don't get much money to waste on such sites. I really want my money back. And a serious action should be taken against this website.
