Wooe.in — wooe refund not done

This is gate exam preparation website, when i book it say that 100% cash back will get in bank account, when i book website at rs 479 they give new condition, that if i have balance of 1000rs i can withdraw it, so i refer many person via social media, and i get 959 credit too but at last they not add referal money in my account and not reply on my mails too
I need my money back, please help me. I can't concentrate on gate preparation exam, this is my future question please help me : (
