WOOE (WOOE.in/) — didn't get my 799 rupees refund

I am gotten sms from ax-iasnxt

I. E upsc cse authority tried to contact you response required for more details click on http://bit.ly/2OxLU9F

After opening above link they told required to register and then in website by subscribing with 799 rupees then i will get full refund to my bank account only with in 48 hours. But alomost 5 days over and upto now no refund is provided to me. So please solve my problem as soon as fastly.

Updated by Chaitanya@1919 I didn't solved my problem yet.And also WOOE website customer care emals are [protected]@wooe.in, [protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@gmail.com. So please take actions as soon as possible fastly.
