Woohoo.in — Gift voucher not received

I bought a Swiggy Voucher from Woohoo yesterday. The voucher was to be delivered on my rediffmail email Id instantly bit it is still not delivered, but the status shows as delivered. I tried contacting their support through multiple channel but did not get any response. My order ID is WO[protected]

Please help me getting the voucher or refund.
