I Purchased a Netmeds E-Gift (Instant Voucher) on (Jan 17, 2021, 7:46 PM), but the transaction failed and money debited from my account. paid via Paytm wallet, not get the refund till now and not get gift card also. when i contacting via phone which always says all our representatives are busy please drop a mail. so I mailed 2 times but reply not get only get computer generate email. and till now no response. please help.
