Woohoo.in — I had redeem upstox voucher on Woohoo to by pantaloons gift card but order place 9 jun but yet showing processing

Thank you for your mail.

Please be informed that the reported issue pertains to a Pantaloons gift card. Upon reviewing the case, we found that the order remained in progress at the backend and was subsequently cancelled. The refunded amount has been credited back to the customer's voucher.

We have already informed the customer and requested them to retry the purchase using the same voucher for a new order.
