I used the woo-hoo gift card and in that i got mobile top up worth ruppee 230. I got these vouchers in purchase of nihar naturals product. I don't know why such reputated company uses these fraud woo-hoo gift cards. When i didn't received the top up. I tried to contact their customer support. They refused to solve my query and they couldn't understand that where is the flaw in their system. Even i tried to help them to debug the problem but they don't want to cooperate. I had several support case running with them and they are not able to resolve it and they always close the support tickets without even solving them. Woohoo is fraud.
