I have ordered Gift Card of Nike from Woohoo amounting Rs.5000.
On my visit to one of the outlets at Nike Store B-Block, they have denied the redemption(this store is currently also listed as Redemption Store or the store who accepts gift card). So, I could not complete my purchase.

When I wrote to Woohoo a week after wrt complain on the poor experience that I could not complete my purchase, they intimated us that your has expired two days before and they will look into it, if anything can be done in that case.

But they are not looking to reply me .
