Woosale — product is different and not worth for money | |
I ordered two sarees in woosale site on september 29. I received order today (October 8) but my sarees are different from my order. The material is also not worth for the money. My order number is 15391. I request for the refund. I paid amount as cash on delivery. I need to return the sarees and i want the refund amount. I added the order summary details here for the reference. If i enter to the site which i ordered it is showing as not secure and i m not able to get the receipt.

Oct 09, 2019 Updated by sujithabala I ordered two sarees on 28th September in Woosale site. My order number is 15391. I ordered Golden color and Blue color sarees. I received my order on 8th October. When i opened my received order it was totally different from my order and the material is also different, not worth for that amount. I called to the number which was given there but it was continuously busy. ""If you have any questions, reply to this email or contact us at [protected]@gmail.com"". This was given in my mail while i ordered. So i mailed the complaint but no reply or response. I need to resend the received order and i want refund. I attach here my bill, ordered sarees photo, received sarees photo, and the bill.      | |
