I have order for 2 saree's of 1898/- but received very cheap quality saree on 20 october 2019. Sent so many messages on whatsapp and email to given no and mail 🆔.. Nobody is responding nor call is connecting. Please note my order no - 16625 & 16679. While ordering i have received the call for booking... Really got fadeup... They are cheating people by delivering different saree with low quality......

I have ordered a saree on this site through face book for 999 but the saree which i received is completely different and cheap from what i ordered. Now the site is also not opening and showing an error. The customer care number is also always busy. Not finding any way to contact them for refund. These people are fraud and fooling people. How i can get my refund?...

I have booked saree worth 999 rupees. But company delivered me another low quality saree. Company is not responding by call for whats up. I ordered two sarees in woosale site on september 29. I received order today (October 8) but my sarees are different from my order. The material is also not worth for the money. My order number is 15391. I request for the refund. I paid amount as cash on delivery. I need to return the sarees and i want the refund amount. They are sending wrong product and very cheap sarees. Don't buy from this. I booked south indian blue colour saree for 999/-. But they send wrong colour and quality is also very very poor. For returning i am calling customer care number [protected] for 2 days, it gives engage sound always. So i think it was fake site. Try to avoid from such sites please....

I was surfing facebook and find ad of Woosale for sarees. I booked a saree of rs. 1000 ( golden south silk saree) but today they deliverd me a saree of diffrenet design that too of low quality which is not at all worth for 1000... i tried their no. which is from surat but they are not answering. even i sent them a msg stating the return but still no responce.....

I buy a saree costing rs 1000/- but the product i get very cheap. There is no use of customer care no. No reply of my mail also please take some action against these frauds. I ordered for south indian c - green colour soft silk designer saree and get low quality of rs 100- 150/- worth of saree. I oredeed it on 18 th sept 2019 and get it today on 23 rd sept 2019. These are fake persons making us full by giving there advertisement on facebook's....

We received our order saree vide order no : #5639 online through woosale.
Sarre price is 899 plus cod charges total 999
However please note that received saree is not what we order.
We received pink green saree, whereas our ordered is for pretty yellow color soft silk designer saree -1-k 103

No call responded, no response.
Looks to be a cheating company.
