World Travel Arc — denying to provide the hotel booking service

This is a firm who gives packeges of hotels. They invited us to james hotel by saying that we have won a couple dinner and we should definitely visit. As we went there they told us about the 4* hotel packages and convinced us to provide services even better than club mahindra. The persons who didn't buy their package was not offered the dinner. They were successful to convince us for buying the 4* package with hotel transfers and breakfast. They charged 90000 rs from us for the package which includes 35 nights booking in india and dubai for 5 years. During shimla one day trip they booked snowvalley hotel with no transfer. The hotel was not 4*. Now recently i told them to book a hotel room in rameshwaram. But they refused to book the hotel. They demanded for rs 6000 to book the hotel. Now they are not responding and picking up my phone.
