World Travel Arc — Not responding to Calls and messages and office is locked from last more than one year

We purchased a five year Travel membership (no.-201895) in April-2023 which is still valid up to March-2028 and paid Rs. 60000/- in advance, we have spent 10 nights out of total 35 nights.
But after death of My wife (primary applicant) after long illness due to cancer in May-2025, I (co applicant) have requested them that I have spent heavily on my wife's costly treatment and not in a position to plan for travel/ vacation in future so either sold or close our membership and refund balance amount (which is approx. Rs.42800/-).
I have visited number of times at their registered office in Phase -9 Mohali and found it locked every time.
I have tried to contact on all their team members and office phone numbers (including owner's Vineet Manchanda) and sent messages but no response received from them till date from last more than one year period.
