Beware if you have been reached out to buy their package. We bought a Rs 75000 package for 4/5 star hotels for 3 years.
We were fools to trust this Fraud company and Their manager Dinesh. They do all fancy promises but practically cater to none.
My first request they processed in one day with a good hotel booking but the surprise came on the day of travel when we were supposed to checkin. The hotel reception told us that there is no such Booking. We were traveling with family and our trip was spoiler on Day 1 when they offered to give another hotel which was extremely cheap.
They don't even apologize and talk rudely on such situations
Later, second and third time for hotel booking - I have written close to 10 emails and reminders but they donot respond.
When I called them - they say hotel options can be provided only 1 week prior to travel date. Since it was peak season - I said the hotels will be sold out by then - they said we cannot do anything about it.
They are totally Bluffmasters!!!
One day they will say the request should come two months prior and other day they will say we will not provide hotel before 7 days of travel.
