I purchased a dell vostro battery on 27/7/2021 worth rupees 1549rs.my order I'd is 171905. Worldmart provides us 30 days money back guarantee. But worldmart provides a China made battery. Its not a compatible for my laptop. Its not a brand of dell battery. My laptop is not working well. So I request the worldmart to refund or replace another thing .worldmart generate a reversal pick up . After receiving the product by worldmart, they denied to refund or replace also.i call worldmart a lot of time but they didn't pick up a call and I also sent a WhatsApp message but worldmart didn't reply yet.it ie deficiency of service. Its unfair trade practices to the customer. It is repairable a loss of to
me .worldmart is cheating to me.i am from poor families. I am taking for nephew for education. So please help me. I humbly request you to order worldmart to refund my 1549rs.
