Hi,

I saw their add on google they have mentioned 247 support and free domain, hosting and free email ids.

I opted for service then I came to know the real scene.

Before going in depth A VERY SIMPLE QUESTION, They have mentioned No 1 Web Design Company in India, please let me how company a company which doesn't even have a landline becomes No 1; what a cheating, this company found or CEO thinks we guys are fools to believe whatever he says (I accept Im fool listening to his words), So now Im suggesting dont get fooled like me.

Their server is very slow, their emails go to spam, website always goes down and they dont know why it is happening, there is huge virus attack and our website was down for almost 15 days it will work fine for 2 hours and again it will go down; also they registered the domain in their name and when I want to move out they black mail stating that they want extra money for same, also when asked for support they said they only from 3-4 days a week and that too whenever they want and have free time.

Also I took one of my friends technical friend help to find our more details on this guy & his business.

1. His own wpdigital.co.in domain was only booked 2 months.
2. He has hosted 517 sites in one server, then obviously there will be problem and why cant he provide service at low cost. (I have attached image for the same)
3. His office photos which was shared by him in sulekha which shows how a no 1 company will look like.
4. All his sulekha review started from 17-March-2020 and how company a company can become no 1 in just 1 month.

Firstly I did a mistake by not looking for alternate service provider, I just looked at their competitive prices; but end of the day I got fooled by this 3rd class cheater company, this guy has our ex president name Abdul Kalam and spoiling his name.

Now I have better experience, who reads this complain please look for below points before taking any website design service.

1. Check whether they have Google my business page and has got at-least 100+ review which are more than 1 or 2 years old.
2. Mainly check whether they have dedicated landline phone or toll free number for support.
3. Take a quotation mail which states clearly about the domain, hosting, email, support, test for 1 or 2 days whether they are available for 247 or not.
4. Ask for multiple portfolio from different business segments.
5. Check if they have multiple offices across India and try to validate all by calling all branches.

This wpdigital is a just scam, please go for a standard company who really provides better support has better server and and has real company and has got some reputation. Otherwise be ready to screw up your business.

Anyways, I have totally screwed up my business because of this cheater company.
