Wurfel Kuche — Incomplete job and poor execution

I have placed and order and processed the advance in November 2022 for my kitchen and wardrobe. This is at the agency on 12th main Indiranagar (Incaa Studio) This project is still incomplete in June 2023 and the products installed have either stopped working in part or are incomplete or very poorly executed.
I have tried and escalate the pending issues with Kaushik from your team at Indiranagar; sadly it is yet to be resolved. Wrt this account there are still matters pending and we have no clarity on the completion date. The order was placed and paid for in November 2022 and as you can see from the trail details below - it is far from completion. The handling of this and the finishing in the job executed can be categorised as poor at best.

Majority of the wardrobes installed dont close and all of them rattle. When i escalated this to Kaushik - he said that installation is not under purview of Wurfel. He has repeatedly told me that the problem is fixed - when i have on multiple occasions shared videos of the units not working.

1) The chimney hood - I have been flagging this to team since february in writing - saying that the pipe is not provisioned for. It has fallen on deaf ears. I have paid for the unit but till date i dont have one installed. For this matter, your team dragging its feet to close is shameful.
2) The Mirror wardrobe - the shutters are not aligned and we have complained about it at least half a dozen and teams have come and inspected it and told us it has to be fixed every time. But nothing is done. Do you intend to fix it ?
3) The MBR wardrobe - The shutters are not fixed right. The wardrobe is 2 feet apart from each other and when the shutters are open there should be a symmetrical gap from top to bottom. This I was under the impression is the finishing and detailing I signed up for. Do you intend to fix it ? By when?
4) The closet in the passage - the shutter does not close properly and is open from the centre. Signalling a bent board being used. This also has been highlighted to the team. Do you intend to fix it and by when?

I have asked then for the escalation matrix for Wurfel India mutiple times only to be shared random names and numbers. The overall finish of the project is poor. Going ahead with this brand was a mistake. I really wish i knew of the terrible service that has come to be associated with them. Just disappointing and sad.
