WVP International — Refund forms not accepted

I peal to directors of wvp international megha khari and chetan rana to intervene in this issue of my refund.if your company is acting based on the truth, why do they sending me the refund forms which are not equivalent to the amount of money your company recieved.yet your company failed to deliver its service to me the amount of money i sent was 50000Rs then when you deduct 18% of indian gvt tax the money becomes 42159Rs it stated in the contract i signed with your comany.i recieved no service from your company threrefore there is no service am suppose to be charged for, my apeal to you directors to act honestly to my issues i wish to see that amount of money in my refund forms becoz i want to end this at peace with you guys
