WWICS Group — Delay is process, fake promises, refund issues

I had applied for 2014 FSW at Baroda branch, I paid them $1200 + 75000 + 11000, but they were so lazy that they even can't reply to my mails same day, I always have to keep bugging them for details and information they have zero proactiveness and are boneless when comes to communication to head office, branch people calls head office and head office people don't care to answer there calls. Branch is only a fees and documents collection centre nothing more then that. They did not file my case in CIC even after giving all documents on time just because their one employee went on leave for so long that when he retired Cap was full. Now they even did not inform about cap getting full, I have to go and tell them that cap is now full what you guys did.
Later I decided to file for express entry again they charged me 40000 extra though it was there mistake as they delayed filing case. Still I payed and they kept on saying you will get number in draw around July then September but it's 12 months and profile got expired. Now when I applied for refund first they said amount is non refundable and all, later I have mail there owners and all management sending snap of agreement which said I am eligible for refund, then they agreed to give me 700$ refund. Now my agreement for express entry one for[protected] I paid + 25000 carried forward + 10000 discount) other was $1000 agreement which said once your profile expires you get refund less $300 so they agreed to give me refund for $700 great but they are not telling me were did my $200 from 2014 ($1000 moved to express entry) and balance 40000 they used. They are real money eaters and fraud people, I request everyone not to take service from WWICS as you won't get services as they promise as they will forget you after they get your money. Also request everyone who are facing problems please register complains on CIC you will get there RICC code in agreement and also take legal actions to get refund. They should also know that this are hard earn money that everyone pays for good services and not for them to earn interest on that.

Kindly follow the details :

FSN:86328 was retained in Jan 2015 under Express Entry and had paid Rs 40000 as fresh retainer. Balance retainer Rs 35000 and professional o[censored]SD 1000 were adjusted from old file. Case was uploaded on 17th Jan 2015 with CRS of 347. Created profile was expired after 12 months and didn’t get ITA because of low CRS.

As per signed fee agreement of express entry in Jan 2015, client is entitled for USD 700 refund and same has been approved by Management vide letter dated 23rd Feb 2016.

Refund will be released after getting signed consent

ThI signed 2 agreements ($1200 and Rs.75000) for FSW 2014, which you guys did not even filled, in which case i was supposed to get full refund as per agreement. Then you retained my case for Exp.Entry 2015 for Rs.40000 extra and retaining $1000 and Rs.25000 from FSW 2014 case. Now where does remaining $200 and Rs.40000 (Excluding Rs.10000 discount you gave)? So you guys charge for work you don't do?

Then day i posted complain, was the first time that i got reply on same day... So you guys only care about your goodwill and not about service to client.

Do you want me to post all communications i did with your branch here, it will clearly show world what services you give, you charge so much for dissatisfying consumers, which should be known to world. So people don't waste there hard earning on your organization.

Also let to know others, i am asking them (WWICS) to send me reference for there statement "240 working days to get refund" from agreement i signed, they don't send any details, hope after reading this they can. As they reply quickly for communication here.

Its obvious that now i will be taking this further legally.
