I made payment for a perfume. I have paid delivery charges as well.
At that time they advertised that if they dont deliver then they pay double times as fine.

1st case of Thief--They put my product on hold for almost one year. Neither cancelling my order or starting with delivery. The customer service is non-responsive.

2nd case of Thief--They owed me fine(as per the website policy) + Refund of product cost.They did not.
