I brought power bank of combo samsung last week. And it is not working. I Wrought complain but the told it is not in warranty and not in guarantee. Means then are selling fake product in market. So I need ur help to get my money back or new power bank of original samsung. Then mentioned in there site 100% original product. Then who it's fake product to me.

Kindly help me to get .

Not good and heavy to carry

The Product (combo of samsung 20000mah power bank with 6 port usb smart charger) is not working well . Its so heavy and not easy to port one place to another. So pls return this product as soon as possible.
