I ordered a tshirt from CYANKART about a week to ten days ago. I got an email saying my order has been confirmed. However, I never received any email about whether my order has been shipped or not. No tracking details, nothing. I called up customer care and a woman answered (I'll ţry to be as nice as possible, but it's gonna be hard). She sounded so depressed like she hated her job! Soo lethargic. I told her my order details and she told me it's shipped. I asked her to send me my tracking details and she said she would. And then she just hung up on me! I found that really rude! Right from the beginning, this female sounded like she didn't give a damn about me or my complaint. I can't tell you what I really think she was like. It would be very inappropriate. But you get my point. And Please work on your customer service. Teach these people how to talk to others. This was 5 days ago. I am still waiting for an email from her with my tracking details. Oh well, never ordering from this site again. I've learnt my lesson. And I'll be lucky if my parcel reaches me by the next year! Oh and I advise people to not shop from this site. Don't waste your time or your money here.
