Booking was done on Aug 1st and 10k has been transferred to guesthouser but home stay owner have not received any payment and owner is unaware that we are coming .
I had contacted Mr. Wick regarding this but even he is not helping us on this issue ...
Being a reputed organisation, tey are so irresponsible...
we are waiting outside the guest house from past 2hrs and ter is no action taken yet... I am totally disappointed with the services ... it's a shame and disgusting part of this organisation Was this information helpful? | 
I am hotel owner and a victim of www.guesthouser.com. Guesthouser.com sends Guest by taking money from them but do not inform the hotel owners. They convice the hotel owner that some how arrange rooms for them. Finally they do not pay the hotel owner also. I am following up with guesthouser for last 6 months for payment of rs.4000 and they tell keep telling lies. Both the guest and the hotel owner is affected by this, but guesthouser has pocketed the money. Now i ask them to remove my property from their website, they are not doing it. Every week as a hotel owner i am facing problem by surprise guest arrival from guesthouser booking, even though I have said them point blank that I am not entertaining any business from them. Divya / Ankur from Guesthouser should have some shame and work ethics and more than that the legallity and fraud committed by them.
