I had made a booking on guesthouser.com for a stay at Goa duly supported invoice. I have also saved FAQ and tax policy of the website.
During booking they had never talked or mentioned about any service charge on the booking. Under the refund criteria, they had mentioned full refund. However, unfortunately, I had to cancel the booking and under the email correspondence, they said 15% service charges would be retained.
This is very highly unethical behaviour from Guesthouser. On none of the pages, they have mentioned that they would charge any service charge by default.
Please take action.

Regardless of the time of providing notice, GuestHouser will refund the customer for the room booking, but not for service charges that are included in the price. This policy does not apply after the guest has checked in.
