Hi

I did a booking of hotel for 24th dec for 1 day & night via booking.com, one of trustworthy app all across world.
The hotel which we got "hotel white shimla" via a third party "Guesthouser.com" which was listed over "booking.com" portal.

There are major blunders done by "Guesthouser.com".

The total price (inclusive of everything) mentioned on "booking.com"...

Booking was done on Aug 1st and 10k has been transferred to guesthouser but home stay owner have not received any payment and owner is unaware that we are coming .
I had contacted Mr. Wick regarding this but even he is not helping us on this issue ...
Being a reputed organisation, tey are so irresponsible...
we are waiting outside the guest house from past 2hrs and ter is no action taken yet......

I booked 2 days accommodation on 20 jun 2017 for 1-2 july 2017 under booking id gg1yw. I also made part payment of rs. 460. Now the host of the property is denying the booking and saying the property was already booked before my booking.
I am trying to contact the customer care of guesthouser.com but not getting proper response. On friday they pickup the call but made false promise saying they will call me back. Till now i didn't...

I had made a booking on guesthouser.com for a stay at Goa duly supported invoice. I have also saved FAQ and tax policy of the website.

During booking they had never talked or mentioned about any service charge on the booking. Under the refund criteria, they had mentioned full refund. However, unfortunately, I had to cancel the booking and under the email correspondence, they said 15% service charges would be retained.
