Dear sir, I have recharged with Rs. 100/- on 01.02.2015 to my Air Tel no. [protected] Order No. MO[protected]. The same amount was debited to my account but recharge amount was not credited to my mobile. Hence I request you to verify your records and recredit the same immediately... and in your website transaction history show that (payment in process. There seems to be a technical delay. Please do not recharge again till you don’t get a confirmed status on your transaction. We appreciate your patience)...
