Sir, I have placed an order for a "Touch Screen for Salora PowerMaxx Z1 - Black" on 19/12/2015 [Order No. #188186]. . The site could not provide my ordered item and cancelled my order. . I anyhow managed my ordered product due to their inability of supply . The payment was made through ICICI net-banking and now the money amounting Rs.1159/- is encased in their site-wallet. . There is no any option to retrieve the amount to my bank account and also there is no any alternative item to purchase in their site that I need. .
