Www.quikron.com — Online transaction done but refused to send product and not refunding the amount

I had purchased online the DD2 Option on quikron website as they promised assured gift of 50inches LED TV two weeks back for Rs 8989.. First they said that the order would be delivered in 3 days, then it became 7 days. Then they insisted I cancel the order as it was getting delayed. Ultimately when I regularly called them they said I have to pay another 13, 500 as duty, which is again a surprise. Finally I sent them an email of cancellation, however since that day the phone is switched off and no way of contacting them. I am sure these people are fraud and have already done similar nonsense with many other customers. Please help me to get the amount and I would like to book a case against them in consumer court so that there is justice.

your team has still not responded to my refund yet, also when I called someone arrogantly said, you will get your refund in 20 days, that has gone past and its the 22nd day.
I should say its height of foolishness from my side to believe in you all over the phone and spending so much.

Please send the money asap.

I dont have the patience to just wait and watch.

This sales manager will never respond you.

Also i have sent mail to them as notice. if they dont reply in 10 days i am going to send them legal notice via consumer court.

Filing complain in consumer court is very easy _ no lawyer required + i guess fees is only 100/-

Don't worry guys, He will have to refund your all amount with immediate effect. My uncle who is working in Delhi high court, I talked to him regarding our problem and he suggested me to do the same way as he say and record all his voice and I do the same. My name is sonu kumar, I do twice payment towards my offer that is Rs.8989 & 6505. I have collected all proof against him and also recorded voice which shows how he was trying to cheat with us . I want to suggest to all that please don't miss any correspondence which was held with him. Then after we will write a letter to PMO, new delhi regarding the same. Quikron.com just wait and watch...See you soon in court.
