I have booked redmi 3s prime on 06/05/2017 at shopaaz.com my order id was 103392 and amount of Rs 8499 paid online by paytm and received a message on my mobile that product will be delivered within 5-7 working days but on 12/05/2017 they cancelled my order and sent a sms to my mobile that your order is cancelled and refund will be credited to your account within 7 working days. but they have not refunded money till today (20/05/2017) and their customer care no.[protected] is also not reachable since 17/05/2017. it is a fraud company and cheated thousands of persons please block its all bank accounts and take action against the company and help to refund money to all victims because so many complaints already booked against shopaaz.com at your site. please help
