www.Snapdeal.com — Non-delivery of product | |||
I had ordered a brown coloured, 'Vladiva 5 Level Extra Wide Shoe Rack" from the above mentioned website in the month of July 2014. Snapdeal delivered the shoe rack, but in a different colour than what I had ordered. The product was delivered to us in a sealed condition and we DID NOT EVEN OPEN THE PACKAGE! The label on the outside mentioned that the colour of the product is ivory, whereas the product we had ordered for, was brown. So, I immediately placed a request over phone, for the product to be picked up by your courier partner. This request was obliged and the Ivory coloured shoe storage was picked by the courier service four days later. Since then, I have been following up with Snapdeal to either deliver the correct product or else refund my money. But, the customer service was so poor that no one had a clue about what is the status of the order. The, during the first week of September I received a mail from Snapdeal stating that they are sending your parcel back to you As we have received product in open sealed condition & product in dent condition. I replied to this mail stating we DID NOT EVEN OPEN THE PACKAGE and hence the said damage would have been caused by their logistics partner. It has been more than six months and we have neither received the product nor the refund and the customer service team still has no idea of what the status is. Was this information helpful? | |||
