Wybor — Company denied to provide service for in warranty tv | |||||
I bought one wybor w22-55-das 55 cm led tv from snapdeal.com on 28 dec, 2015. The tv broke down on 28 dec, 2015 18th april, 2016 so i made a complaint at wybor toll free number [protected] on 19th april, 2016. On 23rd april their engineer came to my place and checked the tv. He told that its panal needs to be replaced so i'll make a request to the company for a new panal. After that i waited for month and they did not give me any news for my tv. Then on 1st may, 2016 i called wybor to get the status for my complaint, the lady picked up the call i told her the scenario then she told me that you did not ask for the status earlier its 11th month you are calling. She told me that we can not change the panal we can replace the tv. She told me to send the tv to their office n told me that once you will tell us we will sent the new tv back to you. As it was an onsite warrenty so i asked for the charges of courier they just said that "sir itna to paisa de he sakte ho hamara tv ek saal to chal gya h is se jayada kya chlega" After it she disconnected the call and now they are not picking up the call from the same number. Sir i purchase led but my led display not working properly
I also facing same issue. I purchased in July 2016. My tv panel showing black line so I registered complain in February. They told me that they will pick-up but didn't picked up till April so I again request to pickup. Finally they picked and upon delivered to their office, they told that they found water in tv.
I was shocked. I asked that I logged complaint in February and water was still inside in April month since February?? Is there any common sense. How water produce any fault in 3 month back before entering. Even pickup and delivery to their office took 5 to 7 days. How is it possible that water remain for such many days. I think this company are really doing malpractice and discouraging online purchase . They are asking hundreds for now repairing and delivery time home. This company should be suspended and charged for such malpractice. My case is still opened and waiting their reply. [protected]
