Not working properly 8kg washing machine 8003GL

I am camplaing the Wybor washing machine with his costomer care and he send me a his machanic and he take 2275 rupees for making purpose but he is not coming yet to repare my washing machine and i am complaing the wybor costomer care but he not reply. please help me out.

Today i filed a complaint in wyboor and people came to make it and when they were made people asked for price of rs 350rupees service charg and spin reguleter rs 350 rupees.when my machin is in wareenty .in 2018 i took a washing machin from wyboor. please define me about wareenty and service charg. wyboor washing machin number WSM-7004-GL . Our TV is not functioning for the last one month. I have Complained to the seller. Later Your service engineer has attended the problem. But NOT RECTIFIED so far and saying simple excuses. Either you solve the problem or take back the TV. Our family is totally unsatisfied for purchasing your TV....

I ordered remote through Wybor.in site and amount deducted but order not placed after fighting with customers care through whatsapp they agreed upon sending remote.. in 4/5 days.. but it's now more than 6/7 weeks no response from them if I call or whatsapp them .. not responding and they are trying to loot the money.. Please help me get my remote and also help take proper action against them.

Respected sir, i am damisetti srinivasa roa my phone number [protected] 29.11.2019. I purchased 6 tvs after 05.12.2019 i purchased 7 tvs total 13 tvs from last august 17th one tv is not working. We already gaved compliant to that showroom. After 24th showroom is not responsible to the problem and gaved a phone number. From 24.08 2020 to today daily we call to that number they are telling that the service boy will come after one, two hours still he did not came. We are suffering from the problem please concern the problem. Regards.

I have ordered and paid for tv remote on wybor tv website on 16th November but they haven't processed anything yet. Multiple times I reached the customer care but of no use.It has feasibility to buy tv, speakers through online request.so others don't order online from that website.

Sir i took washing machine 7 months ago after 2 months of purchasing date i got problem in spin motor then ur employee came and checked it and said spin motor gone have to change new one from there to now nobody not responding im requesting them from 4 months shop dealer are not responding and service member also not responding its just 7 months piece whats this worst service. Ur service persons making my call online and cancelling without visit in reason of customer not picking call and swticed off. Recently i got msg like ur washing machine repair is completed. And i didnt even know how this happening please take action on this things. Hope u will solve this

I purchased wybor led 32inch tv in shop month of december 2017 past year. Since its audio is not working so we complaint them after long days only 4, 5 members come and checked the tv after one guy was replaced the board on july now it's working. Now remote is not working pls come and check it otherwise pis replaced the new tv. Totally very sad to buy this wybortv is totally very worst.. Please take my complained and rectify the problem as soon as possible or replaced one new remote... I given the complaint... Then worst wybor customer service.
I made a big mistake that i purchased the wybor tv and poor customer service here after i don't buy anything from them. Now wybor customer service has given me contact details of greater noida. I have to go there with led for replacement. You can understand it's not possible for outstation people. We are in chennai how can possible we go to noida... Pls take my complaint and send the customer service person as soon as possible... Thank u

Even I'm having the same complaint. They say looks like there's a ball hit on the screen and giving foul excuses for 55 inch led just by seeing a vedio of the tv as they had asked me to send it across to them on whats spp. Although we don't have a kid in the house since more than 2 decades. Engineer is yet to come for a visit and i feel if they ask me to courier it to them, I'm not gona send it across to them coz i don't want to increase the complications n then get a reason that it is damaged or water damaged like in the case of jayesh. On sight means on sight. I'll keep you updated.

I purchased 40 inch led tv from ebay.. I purchased in july 2016. My tv panel showing black line so i registered complain in february. They told me that they will pick-up but didn't picked up till april so i again request to pickup. After many calls finally they picked and upon delivered to their office, they told that they found water in tv.
I was shocked. I asked that i logged complaint in february and water was still inside in april month since february?? Is there any common sense. How water produce any fault in 3 month back before entering. Even pickup and delivery to their office took 5 to 7 days. How is it possible that water remain for such many days. I think this company are really doing malpractice and discouraging online purchase. They are asking hundreds for now repairing and delivery to my home. They falsely advertising on-site warranty. This company should be suspended and charged for such malpractice. My case is still opened and waiting their reply. [protected]

I bought one wybor w22-55-das 55 cm led tv from snapdeal.com on 28 dec, 2015. The tv broke down on 28 dec, 2015 18th april, 2016 so i made a complaint at wybor toll free number [protected] on 19th april, 2016.
On 23rd april their engineer came to my place and checked the tv. He told that its panal needs to be replaced so i'll make a request to the company for a new panal. After that i waited for month and they did not give me any news for my tv.
Then on 1st may, 2016 i called wybor to get the status for my complaint, the lady picked up the call i told her the scenario then she told me that you did not ask for the status earlier its 11th month you are calling. She told me that we can not change the panal we can replace the tv. She told me to send the tv to their office n told me that once you will tell us we will sent the new tv back to you.
As it was an onsite warrenty so i asked for the charges of courier they just said that "sir itna to paisa de he sakte ho hamara tv ek saal to chal gya h is se jayada kya chlega"

After it she disconnected the call and now they are not picking up the call from the same number.


I request to you that please take it into consideration and help me and other consumers in getting better n promised services.
