Xaomi — Handset restart problem

I purchase note 4 on february 2015 after few days my set is automatically get restarting while i use any apps or music.
I speak with cc representive he told me to clear some ram and cache from my hs.
Then after few hour i saw same problem then i call but no any reply . So pls help me if possible
