Recently my 55 inch TV purchased in 2018 went blank so I called up Xaomi Customer care and registered my complaint. Thier technician attended to the complaint and gave me an estimate of Rs 35000 as technician said that the panel is not working so i will need to change the panel. I have purchased mi a1 last month but it's have allot issue, like outgoing service not work in Airtel after updating April patch, my phone display always filiking when I use YouTube etc.
How I return or replace this phone or provide me some upgrades to return this models.

1. My phone delivered in 23/2/2017 & i'm register my phone still 16/2/2018 at
Mi authorised shop perumbavoor, ernakulam, kerala. Phone has been charged full in 10 hour. The service advisor said sub pcb is complaint and he charged rs/- 550. My phone in under warranty period. What is the reason.?

2. Music player automatically close after 3/4 minute at playing mood.....

I purchase note 4 on february 2015 after few days my set is automatically get restarting while i use any apps or music.
I speak with cc representive he told me to clear some ram and cache from my hs.
