Recently my 55 inch TV purchased in 2018 went blank so I called up Xaomi Customer care and registered my complaint. Thier technician attended to the complaint and gave me an estimate of Rs 35000 as technician said that the panel is not working so i will need to change the panel. When I told the technician that i cant afford to pay 35000 he offered to repair the TV and also guaranteed that it will work for next 1 year for which he said i will need to pay Rs 2500 which i paid him and he repaired the TV by placing some paper inside the panel circuit . The TV was now working and it lasted for 2 days after which also its working but there is twitching happening, as the technician had said that it will work i had paid the money. Now he is not picking up the phone and niether is he coming to repair the TV, his name is Dinesh Sahani and his mobile no is [protected].
