Dear avay kumar This intimation letter informs you that xcel company has field a case under the section of 73-74-75 of indian contract act 1872 for contract breach against you as under law that mention on the agreement that if you have not succeeded on your job or not completed then you have to pay the penalty amount. Section 73. Imposes a duty on the party seeking damages to mitigate its loss, Section 74. Compensation for breach of contract where penalty stipulated for when a contract has been broken, Section 75. Party rightfully rescinding contract, entitled to compensation a person who rightfully rescinds a contract is entitled to consideration for any damage which he has sustained through the non-fulfillment of the contract. So as you are not full fill the agreement rule, so that the company has take the help of legal proceeds for his compensation. So pay the amount as per agreement, so pay the amount as soon as possible to close your file, if the case being filed against you then you have in big loss of money for the legal procedure. Then according to the Terms& conditions, you have to pay rs. 4600+1000 noc/- as soon as If you do not pay the amount then the company is eligible to take legal actions against you. second thing i want to let you know that company is 100% genuine as we provide you agreement which gives you all the term and condition bound . Also call verification had been done between you and company from company side to again aware you terms and condition
1) We at the team are just informing you that as per the term and conditions of the contract you need to pay the outstanding amount. Paying or Not Paying is your decision.
2) We can send the legal notice to you for recovering our dues also which we are doing.
3) NEXT step is to appoint an arbitration as per the contractual term and condition which we soon be concluded and same would be send to the person who has not paid the amount. You can consult the lawyer for the same.
4) We can file a Summary Suit under Order 37, as per the Indian Contract Act, 1872 in tribunal court of law, Surat and the procedure will be there after.
I dont want to behave like immature persons. We are proceeding as per our legal guidance in the court of law. I personal dont care for what you are writing online because when the proof will be asked in black and white, we have all the email communication, Your call verification before the work was issued about explaining T&C of contract and accepted Digital online agreement, Valid under IT Acts.

Form filling companies are fraud don’t invest money. Just think, form filling software/automation code can be made in few thousands rupees then why these companies will pay crore of rupees to employees.
And in agreement they used to mention certain clauses which definitely break by employees e.g. if any form get filled incorrect then contract get terminated.
Mitigations for victim of this fraud-
1. First check company registration details on MCA website.
2. Discuss your problem with other employees.
3. Check whether company registered to Employee provident fund (if company have more than 20 employees working then they must have EPF account)
4. File your complaint consumer court (its best option as with less money you can fight with company easily).
5. Raise your complaint to bank and fill dispute form and get your money back (not sure)
6. Register cheating complaint in police

i paid 4600rs in bank to them.they are the big cheaters..plz dont join in this company.im a very poor boy, they harrased me sooo...for paying money.
